Privacy Statement :

We are committed to privacy for everyone who accesses our website. Abelia Motor Lodge only collects personal data about you as needed to provide you with outstanding service, and to help process your request or provide you with information.

Cancellation policy

We honour all reservations confirmed by cheque or cash or credit card number. We request that you advise any booking change or cancellation at least 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of one night – should we be unable to re-let the room.

From 25th December to 10th January, we require three days notice for cancellation of booking. A flat fee deposit is required for online bookings; this fee is non-refundable if cancelled after the required days notice.

Policies

Any extension to a reservation will be at the quoted rate, subject to availability of units. Earlier departure than the reserved date will incur the full cost of the period booked, unless the unit is resold for the remainder of the booking.

In fairness to future guests, if you need to smoke please do so outside away from the building. Should we have to carry out extra cleaning in the event of someone smoking in the unit, then we reserve the right to charge up to $200 to restore the room to the same clean condition as prior to use.

If it is necessary to employ professional services for cleaning and /or to replace goods/fittings etc, because of deliberate or reckless acts of damage, negligence or theft, the costs will be charged to the registered guest. Any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in a loss of income to the motel will be charged to the regestered guest.

Extra person – Please declare any extra people who maybe staying with you.  We need to know for fire and safety. We reserve the right to charge $60 per head per night for any extra guests staying who have not been declared.

Other

It is our policy that guests should not bring along their pets to stay in our motel.
