Terms and Conditions
We honour all reservations confirmed by cheque or cash or credit card number. We request that you advise any booking change or cancellation at least three days prior to arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of one night – should we be unable to re-let the room.
From 25th December to 10th January, we require seven days notice for cancellation of booking. A flat fee deposit is required for online bookings; this fee is non-refundable if cancelled after the required days notice.
Special policy applies to group booking.

We accept EFTPOS,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club.
A deposit of 25% of the total room charge is required to confirm a booking.
No further charge will be made against the card details unless the guest fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. Cancellations made more than three days/seven days incur no fee. After this time a charge may be incurred.
Any extension to a reservation will be at the quoted rate, subject to availability of units. Earlier departure than the reserved date will incur the full cost of the period booked, unless the unit is resold for the remainder of the booking.
In fairness to future guests, if you need to smoke please do so outside. Should we have to carry out extra cleaning in the event of someone smoking in the unit, then we reserve the right to charge up to $200 to restore the room to the same clean condition as prior to use.
If it is necessary to employ professional services for cleaning and /or to replace goods/fittings etc, because of deliberate or reckless acts of damage, negligence or theft, the costs will be charged to the registered guest. Any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in a loss of income to the motel will be charged to the regeistered guest.
It is our policy that guests should not bring along their pets to stay in our motel.
